OK, for real this time.

This has absolutely nothing to do with anything else, but I LOVE Terry's chocolate oranges, Especially the dark ones. They Combine chocolate with violence! If that isn't the best thing ever, I just don't know what is! (can u tell I'm pmsing)
So..... yeah. The computer is working(ish) again. After much fiddling I got the scanner to work too! (even at the same time! Gasp!) After more fiddling about, I figured out Paint-tools Sai...sorta? *cry* I miss my beloved Photoshop
........with or with out Photoshop, art is happening! And at the same time that my technology is working. After how long?
Even better! Whispers have it that I'll be getting a proper laptop for my b-day/Xmas.(coz I'm poor) So that will be one piece of *current technology* in my grasp....now if only I could update the 10(+?) year old scanner, that i got as a gift in middle school (i'll be 25 on the 29th), and the 10+ year old tablet (that i literally found in my parents basement, in a milk crate, caked in dust.)
Although I'm grateful to have more or less stumbled on these things for free, I just wish they would all work...at the same time.
Such is life.
In happier news the (unofficially tilted) 'Super Gay' Comic is coming along nicely. The rough story is about half done(ish) and sample pages are being hashed out. The main character designs are mostly done, now we're working on all the others.

We'll I've been drawing like crazy! (apparently crazy awesome sex plus inner turmoil make for great inspiration) Well you know what they/I say "a calm heart makes shit for art!"
BUT there is one small problem... my photoshop broke... yep.. It doesn't want to play nice with the scanner. In fact they are not even talking to each other... so until I either replace my program or somehow play peacemaker with my technology I wont be able to show off any of my pretty little pictures. Well unless you all want to come over and party at my house.... PARTY!!!!!
yeah, I think a sexy party is in order... SALOR SUITS FOR EVERYONE!!!!!!

let us all lift a glass and toast 'to jobs and Stephanie' or 'money and sex' whatever you like best....
